These terms govern your use of lodestarcreates.com and any messages you exchange with Lodestar Creative LLC ("Lodestar," "we," "us," "our"). By using the site, submitting a form, or texting us, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS messaging terms

  • Program description. Lodestar sends conversational text messages to people who request information about our services. Messages cover inquiry replies, scheduling, project updates, and account or billing notices.
  • Consent. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the conversation.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.
  • Help. Reply HELP or email ahmya@lodestarcreates.com for assistance. You can also call or text (888) 907-6001.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

2. Services and estimates

Pricing shown on the site is a starting point, not a quote. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set in a separate written proposal or contract, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

3. Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated in your proposal. Work may pause on overdue balances. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including copy, photography, graphics, and design, belongs to Lodestar or our clients. Don't copy, reuse, or redistribute it without written permission. Ownership of client deliverables transfers as described in your engagement contract, typically on final payment.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or automated spam content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is. We don't guarantee specific marketing results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the change.
